The space This stunning, private home boasts 4 spacious double bedrooms with built in wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, an open plan living and dining room, and an expansive, well equipped kitchen. The large and private garden has views of the surrounding bush, as well as a wraparound deck with several seating areas, a BBQ, a sunshade, and a gas heater, with Mount Wellington and River Derwent serving as the backdrop. There are 2 floors; you will find the king bedroom and a bathroom on the bottom floor, and the rest of the house is on the top floor, which is where the front door opens out onto. There is also an external door to access the bottom floor. Please note, the garage on the bottom floor is locked off and not for guest use. This home is designed with convenience and comfort in mind, including remote controls for the bedrooms lights and a central vacuuming system. The only area of the home that is not accessible is the garage, which we use as a storeroom. There is room for 3 or 4 standard sized vehicles in the driveway. Other things to note Due to the property being contactless self check-in, booking guest is required to complete an online registration prior to check-in, which will include uploading a copy of their government issued ID (e.g. driver's license or passport). Please note, the indoor fireplace is for decorative purposes only. No parties, no pets, no vaping and no smoking inside or around the property. This home is in suburbia but surrounded by bush. During hot weather, please keep up with bushfire news using the TAS bushfire website.
