Consisting of a "living" area with a kitchen, dining table, sofa, flat-screen TV, 2 bedrooms (*), with an adjoining garden equipped with every comfort for your rest, in the utmost well-being: elegant internal bathrooms, comfortable beds, hairdryer, wifi internet connection, air conditioning and, in addition, continuous air exchange through controlled mechanical ventilation devices, which maintain optimal comfort and health parameters within the rooms. Neither the owner nor the staff who work with him enter the apartment during the entire period of the guests' stay, while outside, passage is limited to the time strictly necessary for the collection of the containers of the separate collection to be placed outside for collection by the municipal company. Other things to note If you intend to book for two people, you can use only one (the largest) of the two bedrooms, with its own attached bathroom. If you want to use both rooms (and, therefore, both bathrooms) you must book for 3 (three) people even if you are only two guests. In any case, exclusive use of the apartment, including the living/kitchen area and outdoor spaces, is guaranteed, not shared with other guests.
