Attic "Nocciola" Oltrella Country House

Nocciola (Hazelnut) is a cute studio apartment (20m2) obtained from the old attic of the house, with its original bricks and beams, on the second floor. In spite of being an attic, the ceiling is high enough for guests. Nocciola includes a kitchenette, a sofa bed, a TV and a bathroom with shower. Oltrella is a smoke-free House, ideal for adult couples without children or pets. The space Oltrella is an old stone country house fully renovated on 2020. The property is immersed in the countryside of the Staffora Valley, at an altitude of about 400m. The position offers the possibility of immersing yourself in silence while gazing at the panorama of the middle valley. It is located on a CAI path, so it is possible to go hiking in the surrounding area. The apartments: The property offers 3 guest apartments, each one is listed separately on this website. Info on the private swimming pool: The small indoor pool is sized for two people and is available to one apartment at a time. It uses a salt filtration system that reduces the use of chlorine, which is good for the planet and kinder to the skin. To ensure availability, reservations are recommended. You can book for 4 hours or a full day. From the parking lot (free), you can walk along the house at the entrance of the structure and at the reception. The house is visible from the municipal road (asphalted which leads to the hamlet of Vignola). Going up from Valle Staffora SS del Penice (crossroads in Molino del Conte) the road is on the right. Coming down from Pizzocorno / Val di Nizza you must turn left. The reception is located after the entrance door, on the left. Other things to note It is possible to cycle surrounded by greenery along the entire middle and lower valley through the new greenway from Voghera to Varzi, through Salice Terme. You can meet our cats near the structure, but it may also be possible to spot roe deer, foxes, weasels and porcupines.
