The space The apartment is located at the big street level where you can easily move by car, taxi, bus. The street is lively and busy where there are eateries , cafes around. Great for dating couples, tourists who like the bustling atmosphere. You will enjoy a very Vietnamese atmosphere in Hanoi. If you are a lover of absolute tranquility then it will not be too suitable. Guest access The apartment is designed with living room and separate bedroom extremely modern and comfortable . The apartment is fully equipped with amenities such as smart TV, refrigerator, kitchen , washing machine, 2-way air conditioner, hot water dispenser, clothes drying area, elevator, room cleaning 2 times per week. Other things to note The booking price of 28 days or more does not include the cost of electricity and water, washer dryer for use during the stay. We have a power meter. Unit price 4.700VND/kwh, water and clothes drying fee 250.000VND/ room/ month (~ 10$) . You will need a deposit of VND 3,000,000 for your stay if you stay for 28 days or more.
