The entire property is all yours. Other things to note Group restrictions - All adult guests must be over the age of 25. No guests under 18 unless accompanied by parents. House guests only, visitors are not allowed to enter the property under any circumstances unless specific permission is given by East Coast Escapes. A Security Deposit will be required. Strict no party policy or excessive noise policy - fees and eviction will apply for security call-outs (in response to The Quiet Hotline security service) No Bucks/Hens parties or 'Schoolie'/School leaver groups permitted. No group bookings for adults that we deem under our discretion as unsuitable. If you are unsure you must request permission for your group as cancellations may apply We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions without penalty.
