The space [The House] Welcome to our charming abode! This cozy retreat features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, along with 2 balconies offering stunning sea views and breathtaking sunsets. Master bedroom: King Size Bed & Foldable Sofa Bedroom 2: Queen Size Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Size Bed Each room is equipped with both a fan and air conditioning to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. 【Amenities】 - Enjoy complimentary high-speed 500Mbps WIFI internet with a mesh WIFI router located in the master bedroom for optimal connectivity. -Stay entertained with a 58-inch Smart TV, granting access to Netflix (free account provided), YouTube, and more. -Quench your thirst with ease using the Coway water dispenser, eliminating the need to boil your own water. -Basic kitchen utensils are provided, including pots, pans, an induction cooker, a rice cooker, glasses, spoons, and forks. -Toiletries such as bath gel, hair shampoo, conditioner, body towels, toilet paper and dental kit are provided for your convenience. -A washing machine is available for your laundry needs. Lost of access card will be charged for a replacement cost of RM200/pcs. 【Others】 1. Extra cleaning services during your stay are available upon request and will be charged at RM120 per session. 2. Additional bath towels or pillows can be provided upon request at RM20 per item. 3. Any unremovable stains, damages, or evidence of smoking discovered after your check-out will incur additional charges for replacement or special cleaning, which are not covered under the cleaning fee. 4. Please bring your own universal adapter, phone charger and laundry detergent. 5. Light cooking is permitted in the kitchen using the induction cooker. The gas stove is for display purposes only and cannot be used.
