The space Discover our haven of peace on the banks of the Seine: A charming 50 m2 two-bedroom apartment on the second floor of a newly renovated residence, ideally nestled in a peaceful corner, offering a total escape from the urban hustle and bustle. Our accommodation is designed to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay, while enjoying the wonders of our region. Quality equipment for a carefree stay: You'll find a large, fully-equipped kitchen for all kinds of meals, with an induction hob, a large fan-assisted oven, a large fridge, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a washing machine and even a dishwasher. You'll find everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals on site, from pots and pans to plates, cutlery and cups. A convivial space to relax in: Our living/dining area welcomes you with a cosy little lounge with velvet armchairs for four, a smart TV, practical coffee tables, a dining table with four chairs, and board games for sharing convivial moments. Wifi is also available in the accommodation. Two cosy bedrooms for a perfect night's rest: The 10 and 14m2 bedrooms each feature a 140x190 cm double bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress for restful nights. You'll also find bedside tables and lamps, a large closet, a desk with chair, and even a large mirror for your comfort in each room. You can enjoy a view of the Seine from one of the windows in the master bedroom. Services included for your peace of mind: Bed linen for double beds and a set of towels are provided. Year-round comfort: Take advantage of the reversible air conditioning for optimum comfort, summer and winter alike, with permanent air recycling for your well-being. Guest access The apartment and its 20m2 private terrace overlooking the Seine in Melun are entirely at your disposal. The large garden and terrace are also accessible. Other things to note Parties are forbidden. Smoking/vaping is forbidden in the accommodation... An ashtray is at your disposal on your private terrace outside. Please respect the neighborhood by not making too much noise, especially after 11pm.
