It’s situated on an 18 hectares organic farm, which serves a larger rainforest conservation and regeneration project. It is part of a larger rainforest conservation and regeneration project. We are proud growers of cacao, many different fruits, spices and other medicinal plants. Depending on the season and if you are lucky, you will be able to pick your own favorite avocado for dinner. You will be submerged in the healing sounds of Nature, and able to observe many different birds, butterflies and sometimes monkeys. There are many hiking trails available for you to explore in the area. No problem! We have a 100mb download / 100mb upload WiFi fiber-optic internet in our casitas (symmetrical internet connection). The internet is very stable and perfect for working. Our property has three other casitas available for rent. They each have their own private space with the same access to shared amenities. *** Please note that our place is ideal for relaxation and it has an easy access to Nature exploration. Parties and loud music are not suitable in respect to other guests and our neighbours. Guest access You will have your private cabin, access to the pool, an outdoor barbecue area, gardens, fruit plantations, a stream at the back of the property, and hiking trails (during certain times of the year) Other things to note PRIVACY Your cottage is private. The farm, pool and the barbecue area are shared spaces. We have three other rental properties within the shared areas. PETS We have 3 lovely dogs that live in the farm. Our property is pet-friendly and we accept guests with dogs. Dogs are not allowed to use the pool. Please note that no other types of pets are allowed. CLEANING Our cleaning staff will keep your place clean and cozy. We assure light cleaning and garbage removal at least three times a week. LOCAL WILDLIFE The property is part of the Cerro Nara and the Naranjo River wildilfe biological corridor. While our rental spaces are safe, we encounter wildlife on a regular basis. Please be respectful of Nature, the wild animals and plants. COMMUNITY Our project employs people from our local community of the small town of Londres and supports the conservation and regeneration of the rainforest in this area.
