The holiday home in Psatha, Attiki, is located at an altitude of 30m and at a distance of 800m from the sea. It is built in a fenced olive grove, overlooking the bay of Psatha to the west, with an excellent and unique view of the sunset, while the other three sides are surrounded by the green, forested ends of Mount Pateras. The olive grove, with trees that are often more than 300 years old, is surrounded by woodland with pine trees of the mountain "Patras". The beach of Psatha, with a total length of 2 km, has pebbles, while the water quality is excellent.
