It is a window into wisdom, culture and life itself. The space The apartment is composed of two rooms: A living room and a bedroom with an internal shower. Other things to note We would like to clarify that in the offer you have: - access to secure parking at the back of the building (if you have a vehicle), - the maintenance service that comes by on average two (2) times a week (for long stays), - internet, - TV subscription, - drinking water, - a gas bottle, and of course electricity at a value of 10 kWh/night (the excess is charged at 165F/kWh to the customer). We also have a generator that takes over for your comfort in the event of a power cut or load shedding in the city. We obviously have an elevator to make it easier for you to access your apartment.
