The house is located in the city center, close to all amenities (train station, ring road, shopping center, convenience store) The large lake and swimming pool are within a 10-minute walk. Easy and free street parking in front of the house. It has 2 bedrooms, sleeps up to 4. The stairs are a bit steep, so we do not recommend the top bedroom for children under 3 years old. A private 18 m2 terrace completes our pretty house. It is fully equipped. The space Our house is atypical, warm and pleasant. Several French windows and large windows bring light, making it bright. The kitchen is spacious and offers the space to cook good dishes. The living and dining area call for relaxation and convivial moments. The bedrooms are equipped with shutters and blackout curtains for serene and soothing nights. Although located in the city center and close to a busy road, the house offers calm and soothing. The terrace, a real additional room on sunny days, allows you to share moments and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. It is also useful for smokers, as we do not want tobacco inside.
