We welcome you to our family home where you will stay in an apartment in the outbuilding with direct access to the shaded park and swimming pool. It includes a bedroom area with a 160 cm bed, a living area with a sofa bed. A bathroom and separate toilet. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your favorite meals to enjoy indoors or outdoors. Nearby you will find all amenities and the city of Vienna. Nestled in the heart of a wooded park, it's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway for families or groups of friends. The property consists of our family home and a detached house offering three apartments specially designed and furnished for vacations. The two residences share the park, swimming pool, private parking with electric charging station, offering our guests a stay that is both friendly and private. Guest access In most cases, we will be there to welcome our guests upon arrival and show them our charming property. However, unforeseen events can occur, which is why we have a self-check-in system in place to ensure easy and hassle-free access for our guests. A secure access code will be provided prior to arrival to access the property and retrieve the keys to the accommodation. Although we are not physically present, we will remain available by phone to answer any questions you may have and ensure a pleasant stay.
