We welcome you to our family home where you will stay in an apartment in the outbuilding with direct access to the shaded park and swimming pool. It includes a bedroom area with a 160 cm bed, a living area with a sofa bed. A bathroom and separate toilet. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your favorite meals to enjoy indoors or outdoors. Nearby you will find all amenities and the city of Vienna. Our charming adobe house, steeped in history, is nestled in a wooded park conducive to rest and moments with family or friends. The property consists of our family house and an independent house with three apartments dedicated to guests. Everyone enjoys the common areas: park, swimming pool, private parking, and an EV charging station, in an atmosphere that is both warm and respectful of everyone's privacy. To enhance your stay, we offer a private spa area (for up to 4 people), breakfasts, appetizer platters, and a selection of local wines, beers, champagnes, and fruit juices for an additional fee.
