Located a 5-minute walk from Château de Montastruc, let yourself be seduced by this lovely independent wooden room, with private bathroom, separate entrance and parking space. Downtown Bergerac and the airport are a 15-minute drive away. Air-conditioned room, equipped with a fridge, microwave, dining area, and outdoor area... in a quiet and peaceful location. Take advantage of the plancha available outside to make your delicious meal! The space Large bedroom with independent entrance, with access to a bathroom+ independent toilet. The room has a dining area for 2 people, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, coffee or tea in the morning. Bedroom with independent entrance but which is in a house. Please take this into account. The bedroom has reversible air conditioning. You have a wardrobe to store your belongings, where you will also find extra sheets if needed, board games. You will also have an ironing board and iron at your disposal. In the bathroom you will find towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, straightening iron, and the essentials in case of forgetting. For any request you can contact me. You have a table and 2 garden chairs, for those who want to have coffee with the noise of birds or smokers. On request, a plancha can be loaned to you for your stay. If you need access to the kitchen, you can ask me beforehand and it will be my pleasure if the 2 hosts are on site. If you also need to wash things in the washing machine, ask me beforehand as well. The accommodation is located in a quiet location, in the village of Lamonzie Montastruc, 5min walk from the castle. Guest access The large independent room, with its own independent entrance and parking. Independent bathroom/toilet as well. Other things to note During your stay, don't hesitate to ask if you need to cook or wash things. And if you feel like it, why not share a glass of Bergerac wine together!
