Quiet independent room

Located a 5-minute walk from Château de Montastruc, let yourself be seduced by this lovely independent wooden room, with private bathroom, separate entrance and parking space. Downtown Bergerac and the airport are a 15-minute drive away. Air-conditioned room, equipped with a fridge, microwave, dining area, and outdoor area... in a quiet and peaceful location. Take advantage of the plancha available outside to make your delicious meal! The space Large room with separate entrance, with access to a shower room + separate toilet. The room has a dining area for 2 people, a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, enough to drink your coffee or tea in the morning. The bedroom has reversible air conditioning. You have a closet to store your belongings, where you will also find extra sheets if necessary, board games. An ironing board and iron will also be available. In the bathroom you will find towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, straightener, and the essentials in case you forget. For any request you can contact me. You have a table and 2 garden armchairs, for those who want to have coffee with the sound of birds or smokers. Upon request, a plancha can be lent to you for your stay. If you need access to the kitchen, you can ask me in advance, and it will be my pleasure if the 2 hosts are on site. If you also need to wash things in the washing machine, please also ask me in advance. The accommodation is located in a quiet area, in the village of Lamonzie Montastruc, 5 minutes' walk from the castle. Guest access The large independent room, with its own independent entrance and parking. Independent bathroom/toilet as well. Other things to note During your stay, don't hesitate to ask if you need to cook or wash things. And if you feel like it, why not share a glass of Bergerac wine together!
