Private access to the beach through the condominium (about 3 minutes on foot) to enjoy both natural pools and surfing, kitesurfing and stand-up paddleboarding. Condominium pool and children's playground overlooking the beach. The space All four bedrooms in the house are en-suites and have air-conditioning. Smart TV. Wi-Fi. Condominium with 24-hour security. Guest access The guest will have access to all spaces in the house in addition to those shared by the condominium, such as the swimming pool and children's playground (except in case of maintenance of these or suspension of use due to public health guidelines). Other things to note ==> The house has a maximum capacity of 8 people staying overnight (including infants, children, adults, and support staff). ==> The daily rate varies according to the number of guests. Correctly report the number of infants, children, and adults who will be staying overnight in the house to simulate the daily rate. It is not possible to accept extra guests after the start of the stay. Any additional guests (up to 8 people) must be arranged in advance with the owner. ==> Visitors/guests of the guests are not allowed (not even to spend the day). ==> The daily rate already includes an electricity consumption corresponding to the usual average of our guests (25kw/h).
