Following the reviews of summer 2024 📝, the accommodation was fully renovated and refreshed in October 2024, with a terrace redone in December 2025 ✨🌿. Charming air-conditioned maisonette ❄️ accommodating up to 4 guests, located in the quiet and secure Les Corallines residence 🔒. It has a mezzanine bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed🛏️, a pleasant terrace🌞 and a private parking space🚗. Peaceful neighborhood of Mont Saint-Martin🌊. The space 🌴 Maisonette with a mezzanine bedroom (not closed) and a cabin with two single bunk beds, 🚗 private PARKING, TERRACE (redone in 2026) and AIR CONDITIONING for 4 guests, With an ideal, quiet position, in the Mont Saint Martin district, you will find nearby the Port Centre of Cap d 'Agde, with its restaurants, water activities (sea walk, boat rental...) and its Grande Roue as well as the new ICONIC district bringing together the Tourist Office, the Palais des Congrès (events, shows...), the Casino Barrière and shops. It consists of the following: 🌿 TERRACE of 20 m² completely redone, with a dining table and 4 chairs, as well as an awning and two armchairs. LIVING ROOM with AIR CONDITIONING ❄️, overlooking the open kitchen, with a new sofa bed. A TV on a TV cabinet and a coffee table. KITCHEN equipped with fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, stove (2 fires), dishwasher, SENSEO coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need to make good dishes. As well as a washing machine SMALL BEDROOM, with 2 bunk beds and a large storage closet. You will find duvets and pillows for each bed. LARGE BEDROOM, on the mezzanine (very low ceiling), with a 140*190 bed and open cupboards to store your belongings. 🚿 BATHROOM, with a shower cubicle, vanity unit, mirror, lots of storage, towel dryer, hair dryer. Guest access You have private access to the entire apartment. The only shared spaces are the common areas of the residence as well as the parking lot. Other things to note ACCOMMODATION MODALITY The keys are to be picked up at the reception point "Conciergerie du Cap d 'Agde" located 4 minutes by car from the accommodation and a 20-minute walk away. You can pick up the keys on your own from 4pm in a numbered lockbox accessible 24/7. A digital welcome booklet will be shared with you on the day of your arrival giving access codes to retrieve the keys and assistance with easy access to the accommodation. BEDDING IS PROVIDED IN THE RENTAL Attention: For hygiene reasons, the beds are not made:) Bed linen is available in the accommodation Regarding the umbrella bed, it should be noted that the price is 20 euros per week and it can be used from birth up to 15 kg or until about 3 years. This Nania crib will be perfect for traveling with your baby or evenings with family or friends. It will offer your child a 60x120 cm bed when you travel. Easy to fold, it will take up very little space when not in use. This SODA umbrella bed can also be used as a park for baby awakening moments.
