Sen de campo: experience nature

Sen de Campo is located 15 minutes from Santa Fe and 20 minutes from Paraná, in Villa California, San José del Rincón. In the middle of a quiet park and with a natural pond, it is an ideal place to rest and experience nature. The space Sen de Campo is a bright and comfortable house for 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms with closets and hot/cold air conditioning. It has a large dining kitchen with a ceiling fan and windows overlooking a large gallery overlooking a natural pond. A central fireplace brings warmth to the entire house. The kitchen is offered with complete dishes and a refrigerator with freezer. There are two smart TVs: one has cable TV and the other has public TV. The house has a perimeter gallery, garage, barbecue, swimming pool and solarium. It has a raised deck that makes it possible to contemplate the landscape. Works by Santa Fe artists are arranged in the different rooms. The guest is in a place where nature is respected and can appreciate its nuances. Guest access - The guest will have exclusive access to the pool and solarium. - Our visitors have at their disposal a small library that has volumes on local flora and fauna, magazines of general interest and literature. - Pool and garden maintenance is included. - Housekeeping is optional and has an additional cost. - We also have accessories for toddlers or babies (crib, high chair, etc.), at no additional cost. IMPORTANT: - For stays longer than 3 days, the guest must pay for electricity costs. Other things to note The house is located on a parkland property where patches of native flora alternate with exotic species. The nearby pond replicates the conditions of a bath. It has some of the species of aquatic and marsh plants characteristic of the Santa Fe river coast. It is inhabited by frogs, fish and snails. In its vicinity you will have the opportunity to observe a variety of birds, insects, butterflies and lizards. IMPORTANT For stays longer than 3 days the cost of electricity is charged separately
