The space Welcome to a waterfront 2-bedroom cottage in the heart of Richibucto. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twins. The living room has a Roku smart TV as well as a sofa with a pull-out bed and a view of the Richibucto harbour. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio while watching the lobster fishing boats go by. Have a BBQ after spending the day at the beach and maybe a campfire before bed! The community has a semi-private pool and hot tub that you are free to use in July and August (please note that these may be closed periodically for maintenance and that the host has no control over that as it is a community pool). In winter, when the HOA's pool and hot tub area are closed, guests are free to use the hot tub located at the main house right next door (about 20 ft away from the back door). Guest access The HOA's pool and hot tub are open 9am to 9pm July&August. Please note that the host has no control over the Pool and Hot Tub area and that these may be closed periodically for maintenance or if there are issues.
