Apartment in a 4-story building. It is located on the 4th floor, it has 78 meters of which 66 meters are built. It has: * 1 bedroom with a double bed, a closet/wardrobe, an LCD TV with a decoder, a shelf and a fan. * 2nd bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed, a coffee table and an LCD TV with a decoder. * 1 bathroom with hot and cold shower. * Equipped kitchen, with fridge. Plus all the necessary utensils. * Dining room with 4 chairs. * Clothing area *Terrace The space Essential apartment for an excellent stay, it is a family building. It is quite bright (with natural light) during the day. It has: * A room with a double bed, a mini-component, a closet (there are some disabled doors, but the others have ample space to place your personal belongings), a LED TV with cable, a large mirror and a fan, plus 1 shelf to place whatever you want. * A second room that has a double bed, a sofa bed with a coffee table and LED cable TV. * A bathroom, with hand towels. With hot and cold shower. * A kitchen equipped with dishes, pots, cutlery, etc. It has a large refrigerator with freezer. * A laundry area with a washing machine (must be used only with liquid soap) and dryer (2 in 1) and dishwasher. * Dining room with 4 chairs and a table with a stereo. * It has a common terrace shared by the entire building. * There is no parking for cars, but there is room to park motorcycles. However, you could park outside, or in the nearby parking lots for an additional fee. * Excellent neighbors, quite quiet and safe. * It has pillows, sheets, body and hand towels and liquid hand soap. Guest access You have access to the terrace, as a common space that is on the same floor as the apartment. And you can have the apartment in general. Other things to note The apartment is in a family building. The building does not have an elevator. My family lives on the other floors, so it's very cozy and they make you feel super good during your stay. It's important that you take care of it as if it were your own and treat everything there with care. If you smoke, please do so outside the premises. It has everything you need to have a great stay.
