Small, charming and colorful, located in the heart of the village of Biassa, a few kilometers from the beautiful Cinque Terre. The space Àa da Pinèla is a small and cozy apartment with a small terrace in the village of Biassa, in a strategic position to quickly reach the Cinque Terre and their surroundings, or to explore the alleys of the village in its historicity. The apartment overlooks a small square in the village and will welcome you with its floral and lively motifs, taking you to a world apart, thanks also to the peace and quiet of the village. Upon entering, you will find a traditional kitchen and a small bathroom with a shower, while on the upper floor there is the bedroom with a bright window and a door that leads to the terrace, which you can also access from outside. The apartment has a private parking space 180m away (near Ostello Tramonti). In the village there is a restaurant, a pizzeria, two grocery stores and a tobacco shop. For larger supermarkets, you need to go to the city of La Spezia, located 7 km away. Trains depart from the city for the Cinque Terre, every 15/20 minutes during the day. Biassa is also a strategic area to embark on paths of different lengths and difficulties: there is in fact the possibility to climb Monte Parodi and from there choose whether to continue towards Tramonti and Portovenere or, on the opposite side, towards the Cinque Terre. Finally, the very special town of Portovenere, 18 km away, and, a few minutes further away, the characteristic villages of Lerici, San Terenzo, Fiascherino and Tellaro are easily accessible by car. The property has a private parking space about 150 m away, otherwise you can leave it along the main road: the parking space on the road is public and free. There are no limited traffic zones.
