In the heart of Rethymno city our spacious 3 bedroom family apartment provides magnificent sea view only a breath away from the busy city life of Rethymno town The space The apartment provides three separated bedrooms, one of them with a spacious double bed and two more with two single beds each The apartment also provides three AC, one in the living room and two more in the bedroom’s area. There are also two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and a washing machine and a second one smaller with a shower. Also there is a spacious living room with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen area and a spacious tarrace with magnificent sea view. We are located in the most ideal location of Rethimno in a very calm and beautiful neighbourhood. Guest access We kindly request you to inform us in advance about your arrival time in order to arrange an easy and smooth check in for you. The apartment is located in the second floor and an elevator is provided in the building. Also we want you to know that the entire apartment is available for our guests. Other things to note We wholeheartedly want you to feel like home, but we would also like to ask you to take care of our place as if it were your own. about CHECK IN - Please let us know immediately your arrival time so that we can assist you on time. - In order to comply to our country's laws we need you to give us your ID's number or VAT number (for Greek guests only) so that we can issue it with your payment. We need this information before your arrival day. DURING YOUR STAY - Please DON'T throw ANYTHING in the toilet. - Turn off everything (air conditioning, lights ,water heater, windows) every time you leave the house. - Please respect the neighbors by being thoughtful about the siesta hours, from 15:00 to 18:00, and after 12:00 midnight. - Our guests use a card to have electricity in the apartment which they should take with them whenever they leave the house. about CHECK OUT - Keep in mind that check out is at 11am and the cleaning lady will be there at that time. - If you are planning to leave the apartment earlier than the default time, we would kindly ask you to let us know as soon as possible. - Please be very careful with the keys and do not forget them in the house! - When it's time for check out, remember to leave the keys in the Lockbox again and MIX the numbers! *In case you are locked outside we may not be able to serve you and you will need to call a locksmith at your own expense. *In case you forget to leave the keys inside the lockbox, you will have to pay the expense of the locksmith. *In case you lose the keys or forget to mix the numbers in the Lockbox - which will have as a result the loss of the keys- you will be charged the lockers replacement and all the expenses this will cause.
