A beautiful private house, located in a pedestrian street of the broader area called the “historic triangle of Athens”. More specifically, it is located in the heart of Plaka, known as the “neighborhood of the gods,” which has been once the ancient Athens’ residential district and remained the heart of Athens throughout the Roman and Byzantine periods. Here you can get a real taste of the genuine old Athens as you live just a few steps away from the ruins of the Ancient Agora (market). The space Suite House Thissio is a detached house, built on 1930 and fully restored on 2024. The restoration of the house honors and accents the unique architecture of the old times while at the same time offers current times luxuries. The main living space is about 40m2 (one space), including a king size bed, laptop desk, a small fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, WC and dressing space. The house is incredibly sunny however, there are blinders providing full black out. The terrace is about 35m2 always sunbathed and with a direct view on the overgrown with natural vegetation Thission square. An outdoors heated Jacuzzi for two people is suitably installed on the terrace, providing full privacy as much as a nice view. Facilities: Cleaning service upon demand, WIFI, smart TV 42 inch, youtube & Netflix, hangers, air condition (heat and cooling), full hot water, full set of towels and beach towels, fresh sheets, bathrobes, slippers, sunbeds and outdoors dining table. Safety installation: Smoke sensor, first aid kit, safety alarm and fire extinguisher. There is a CCTV system overlooking the entrance stairs, which is for your own safety however during the stay can be deactivated upon demand. The area has nearby bars and restaurants and it can be noisy during weekends. The host however provides earplugs for the early sleepers. There are three way to get to SUITE HOUSE Thission • Take the metro from the airport, (line 3 - Dimotiko Theatro) and disembark at metro station ‘’MONASTIRAKI’’. Thereafter walk to the destination (400m -5’ walking distance) • Alternatively you may take the metro from the airport, (line 3 – • Piraeus) and in “’MONASTIRAKI’’ Station change to line 1-Piraeus and disembark at the next station, ”THISSIO”. Thereafter walk to the destination (190m -2’ walking distance) • Take a Taxi from the airport and disembark at 125, ERMOU str.
