Delightful apartment, with attention to detail, located in a quiet and elegant residential area a few steps from the center. From the building you can easily reach all the most interesting places in this wonderful city. The house is equipped with every modern comfort and stands out for its refinement and attention to detail, located on the second floor without an elevator of an old building typical of the 1930s. An outdoor parking spot is available 100 meters away. The space The apartment consists of a double bedroom with exclusive bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds and adjacent bathroom. By communicating before your arrival, you can ask for a second double bed in the smaller room as an alternative to the two single beds. The two bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the living area, so they enjoy a discreet privacy. The living area, spacious and bright, consists of a kitchen with a dining room and a small balcony, and a living room with a second balcony. From the living room you can access via an exposed staircase to a loft with a large bookshelf and a small study area. The loft is equipped with a reading armchair that can be used as a single futon bed if necessary. It can then become a practical third room for group travelers. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi. The apartment has two smart TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped, including oven and dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer inside a small hallway. In the immediate vicinity there are two bus stops that allow easy and fast connections to the historic center, the train station and the hospitals (read in my guide for arrival the instructions to be able to move easily by bus). Alternatively, you can walk to the main places of interest in Bologna (Piazza Maggiore and library of Archiginnasio 1.9 Km, Villa Spada 1 Km., Santuario S. Luca 3 Km.) and the most important hospital facilities in the city (Ospedale Maggiore 2Km., Ospedale Sant'Orsola - Malpighi 4.1 km., Rizzoli Orthopedic Institute 2.7 km.). Guest access Available to guests the entire apartment. The building has a small condominium garden available to all. On the street you can park your car inside the blue lines that indicate 🅿️ public parking for a fee. A few meters away is a parking meter that works with electronic payment or coins. Street parking is paid from 8am to 6pm. Sundays and holidays are free. The cost is 1.5€ per hour or €7.5 for the whole day. As an alternative, guests have a free outdoor parking space one hundred meters from the house, protected by a gate and video surveillance. Other things to note In the immediate vicinity there are bus stops for the main city lines (bus 14 and bus 39 for the historic center, bus 21 for the train station). In the arrival guide, there are detailed instructions on how to use the two bus lines and easily reach the historic center. A few meters from the apartment there is a road rental point of RIDEMOVI electric bicycles that can be used with app and credit card. Just a short walk from the building is the entrance to a small public park with children's games. Camping bed for children from 0 to 36 months is available upon request. Bathtub for young children.
