The space The apartment is in a small building very close to Curitiba's two main access roads – the Linha Verde (formerly BR 116) and BR 277 towards Centro-Praias, with several possibilities for collective and public transportation in all directions of the city. It is only 21 minutes from the airport. From Curitiba Bus Station, it is only 8 minutes by Uber or taxi. The building has a covered garage, laundry and surveillance cameras for your security. Perfect for those looking for privacy without giving up the excellent location next to UFPR-Centro Politécnico, Curitiba Botanical Garden, Jardim das Américas Shopping Mall and Marumbi Steakhouse. Guest access Our guests are entitled to a free parking space throughout their stay and can use the beautiful lawn in the back or the penthouse for a nice sunbathing. In fact, in the penthouse, we have a service area with washing machines available. From the top of the small building, we can also enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the region, culminating in a wonderful view of Serra do Mar. Other things to note We do not clean the apartment or change the bed and bath linens DURING the stay. The apartment is delivered clean, organized and with a set of bed and bath linens available. We provide a laundry room in the penthouse, where guests can wash their clothes at will. If guests wish to have the apartment cleaned DURING their stay, they can hire extra services (cleaning, ironing, washing, etc.) directly with our co-host, who is always available in the building.
