This is a new unit, located on the top floor, complete with a Queen sized bed, LED flat screen TV, Air conditioned plus ceiling fans, Stainless steel appliances including a two-door fridge, microwave, electric stove, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle. Cutlery and crockery including pots and pans, an alarm clock radio, ironing board and iron along with an in room safe and wi-fi are all provided for your added comfort. Wrought iron doors have been added to enhance your safety. Please note, there is a new shared laundry facility on site, but no parking. Other things to note For your added convenience, we provide an initial supply of toilet tissue, a garbage bag and a bar of bath soap to get you started. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed, along with dish washing and laundry detergents. A late checkout of 12 noon can be arranged with your Property Manager if necessary, to assist with flight times, but MUST be requested at least 24 hours beforehand and is subject to availability and cleaning schedule. Approval of these requests if therefore not guaranteed. Please note, there will be an automatic late check-out fee of $50 USD charged for failure to check out of your unit by 10:00 A.M. without prior approval. There is no parking on site, but there are opportunities for such in nearby public lots at your own risk.
