Welcome to Maison Mazuc - a newly renovated townhouse in the historic town of Pézenas. When staying here you are literally steps away from the beautiful historic centre and vibrant restaurants, bars, antiques and artists shops. This is a perfect house for groups, be it friends or family. With generous living space, a beautiful roof terrace and 3 adaptable bedrooms that can each be twin single beds or superking. Pézenas is ideally located between the beaches, lakes and mountains. The space This beautiful house is set over 4 floors. Entrance way There is a cloakroom with storage space plus a third wc on the ground floor. Bedrooms & Bathrooms All 3 bedrooms are on the first floor each with; - a new luxurious superking-sized bed that can be split into twin beds - storage, ceiling fan & heater The first floor also has a bathroom with; - roll-top bath, shower, wc & hand basin A shower room is found on the second floor with; - shower, wc & hand basin Living Area The living space comprises both the second and third floors. - There is very spacious open plan living on the 2nd floor with; - air-conditioning, ceiling fan - a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, plenty of storage and worktop and including - dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer & coffee machine. - A dining table comfortably seating 6 people - A cosy living area with panoramic sofa and a 55 inch Smart TV. Outside The 3rd floor boasts a partially covered roof terrace with; - a dining table seating 6 people - sink & storage area - a drinks fridge Or the huge sliding doors can be closed to provide additional indoor space, including a dedicated workspace area. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Check-in is hassle-free as you can let yourself in with a lockbox code which will be sent to you before your arrival. Paid parking is available 1 minutes walk away, and free parking is 5 minutes walk. The Pézenas bus station is 5 minutes walk from the house. Other things to note * We are happy to offer an early check-in if possible, so always ask if this is something that you would like. * The coffee machine is a Nescafe Dulce Gusto. Cafetières/French presses are also available. * Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. * It is possible to store bikes, motorbikes and other sporting equipment in the garage, just let me know prior to your stay. * We have tried our best to equip the house with everything we can think of but always welcome suggestions from guests to better their stay.
