Strategic location to visit Le 5 Terre and Portofino. The use of the car, kept in the large private parking lot inside the property, is recommended. The space Upon entering the property, you will immediately be immersed in the greenery of the garden, where you can have lunch and relax in the relaxation area. Once inside the house, you will find a corridor (hallway) where you will have access to the different rooms. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and corner protections for your children. BEDROOMS: • Bedroom 1: Spacious double room with a comfortable “Queen Size” bed and a wardrobe where you can store your luggage, you will wake up with a wonderful view. • Bedroom 2: Large room with two comfortable single beds and a wardrobe at your disposal. The room overlooks the garden. LIVING ROOM: A large and bright living area with a dining table and a comfortable sofa that can be transformed into a bed only upon request. A nice HD TV is also available. KITCHEN: A modern, habitable (eat-in-kitchen/ kitchen diner) kitchen equipped with everything necessary to meet all your needs. A dishwasher, coffee machine, American coffee machine, and microwave are also available. BATHROOM: Lovely bathroom with a shower and bathtub available. You will also find a washing machine and everything necessary for your stay. OUTDOOR AREA: Large garden equipped for dining in the fresh air and with the possibility of cooking on a wood barbecue for your dinners under the stars. It offers a large space with a table and deck chairs perfect for relaxing or for dedicating your time to Smart Working while your children play carefree. The villa is equipped with free Wi-Fi connection. Guest access The property is at your complete disposal, except for an adjacent agricultural land where the owner occasionally goes to take care of the vegetable garden, we guarantee that we will protect your privacy. The house has a large free reserved parking, inside a gate. Other things to note To reach the house, just follow the long road in front of the “Lavagna train Station”, continue towards “Via Santa Giulia”, then take “Via Senator Fabrizio Maffi” and continue for “Via Rigone 12”. It is recommended to have a car to stay at our villa. It is located 5 minutes by car from the main services. TOURIST TAX: The tourist tax is not included in the price. It corresponds to €8 (from 1 to 7 days), €10 (from 8 to 15 days) and €15 (from 15 days onwards). According to current regulations, an identity document (including minors) will be required from each guest. CHECK-IN: Please note that check-in is by appointment only, it is your responsibility to let us know what time we will meet for the key handover and to be on time. • Check-in time: 16.00 - 20.00 • Check-out time: by 10.00 For arrivals after 20.00 (8pm), a late check-in fee of €20 will be charged.
