Welcome to the Petit Manoir de Campagne, a detached cottage of 220 m² (2,368 sq. ft.), located in the heart of a wooded property of 2.3 hectares (5.7 acres), in a quiet and unspoiled environment. Sleeping up to 11 people, the cottage is particularly suitable for stays for families or groups of friends. You'll enjoy a completely private space with a private entrance and private access to the pool, as well as spacious outdoor areas to spend time together and fully enjoy nature. The space The gite Spread over two levels, the vacation home offers comfortable and functional spaces. On the ground floor are: A bedroom with a queen-size bed, a single bed, and a private bathroom; A fitted and equipped kitchen; A bright living room that opens onto the garden. Upstairs: Two bedrooms with queen beds, sofa bed, and private bathroom each; A small living room providing extra space to relax; a desk. All three bedrooms therefore each have their own bathroom, which is a real plus for stays with several people. The gite also has Wi-Fi and a washing machine. The exteriors The cottage enjoys a prime natural setting with 2.3 hectares of wooded grounds, offering plenty of spaces to enjoy the calm and nature. The 11 x 5-meter private pool is great for cooling off, swimming, or simply enjoying a relaxing moment with family or friends. It is open from April 30 to September 30 and can reach about 28°C in July and August. To extend your days outdoors, you also have a terrace, a summer kitchen, a barbecue, as well as outdoor furniture and sun loungers during the pool opening period. The property has 8 private parking spaces. An ideal location to discover the region The Little Country Manor is about: - 15 minutes from a supermarket; - 30 minutes from Saint-Gaudens; - 1 hour from Toulouse; - 1 hour from Tarbes; - 1 hour from Auch; - 1 hour from the Pyrenees; - 1.5 hrs from Lourdes; - 1.5 hours from La Mongie ski resort. The surroundings are particularly well suited to outdoor activities: hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding allow you to discover the landscapes and the surrounding countryside. A stay to get together With space, nature and tranquility, Le Petit Manoir de Campagne offers a setting ideal for stays with family or friends, to enjoy the pool, share meals outdoors and discover the region's scenery and activities. Guest access Access and practical information The cottage is fully self-contained and available for guest use. Depending on the number of people staying, some rooms may not be open. Towels are provided in the bathrooms. Pool towels can be provided upon request, subject to a deposit. Outside the pool's opening hours, the sun loungers and outdoor furniture are protected and covered. Other things to note POOL: the 11 x 5 m swimming pool is ideal for swimming or sharing unforgettable moments with the family, the breathtaking views will bring you a feeling of travel and change of scenery. - swimming pool open from April 30 to October 30 inclusive. * Water temperature in summer of 28°C (July/August) - Swimming pool not accessible and put in winter storage from November 1st. GARDEN FURNITURE: Garden furniture and sun loungers are available during the pool's opening period. Outside this period, all the furniture is covered to be protected from the weather. LINENS and TOWELS: Bath towels for the pool can be provided on request, for a deposit. Towels for the bathrooms are provided.
