The Little Country Manor

The estate is located 30 minutes from Saint Gaudens, 1 hour from Toulouse, Tarbes and Auch. The city of Lourdes and the ski resort La Mongie are 1.5 hours each. The 11 x 5 m pool is open from the spring season (from 04/30 to 09/30). Comfortable garden furniture and barbecue. Many hiking activities are available in the area. The surrounding countryside can also be discovered on horseback or by mountain bike. Wifi included, 8 private parking spaces. The space The space The property is built on a wooded plot of 2.3 hectares; it is composed of a completely independent gîte part. This part has an entrance and private access to the pool. The ground floor includes a bedroom with a queen size bed and sofa bed as well as its bathroom. A shared, equipped kitchen and a living room open to the garden complete the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms with queen size bed and sofa bed, each with its own bathroom; and sitting area and desk in the common areas. The house is very well insulated and did not require the installation of air conditioning. In addition, natural ventilation makes it possible to observe an indoor temperature in summer that is 5 to 8°C lower than the outdoor temperature. Remember to open the windows at the end of the day to ensure natural cooling before starting your night. Guest access The entire cottage is available, however the number of accessible rooms depends on the number of guests. Other things to note POOL: the 11 x 5 m swimming pool is ideal for swimming or sharing unforgettable moments with the family, the breathtaking views will bring you a feeling of travel and change of scenery. - swimming pool open from April 30 to October 30 inclusive. * Water temperature in summer of 28°C (July/August) - Swimming pool not accessible and put in winter storage from November 1st. GARDEN FURNITURE: Garden furniture and sun loungers are available during the pool's opening period. Outside this period, all the furniture is covered to be protected from the weather. LINENS and TOWELS: Bath towels for the pool can be provided on request, for a deposit. Towels for the bathrooms are provided.
