La Halte de la Hunière is a very beautiful half-timbered house ideally located close to the center of Vimoutiers, so close to all shops, but in a very quiet location. You can do everything on foot. This house, completely renovated, comfortable and well-equipped, offers you all the amenities for a stopover (business trip, passing travelers) or for a stay of several days with family or friends to enjoy the great events of the region. The space The 88 m2 house has a kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet and living/dining room on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find 2 large bedrooms. The bedroom on the left has a double bed of 140 x 190 cm and the second bedroom consists of a double bed of 160 x 200 cm and a single bed of 90 x 190 cm. The house is not equipped with internet but 4G is available with your mobile. The TV offers terrestrial channels. Outside, you have a large courtyard with garden furniture and a BBQ, as well as a garden with a washhouse. The 800 m2 garden is fully enclosed. A garage is available if you want to store bicycles or motorcycles. Michel trusts the concierge Ma Normandie is served to manage his property. Guest access My Normandy is served and the Concierge who will welcome you to the Demeure du Domaine de Tertu and who will be at your disposal for any advice to enhance your stay (cot, grocery delivery service, restaurant or massage type treatments booking, advice on activities in the area according to your desire and the weather ;) We have other places to stay available to you. Other things to note Accommodation ideally located in the Orne (2h15 from La Défense), 7 minutes from Camembert, very close to Calvados and remarkable sites (45 min from Cabourg or Houlgate, 1h from the landing beaches, Deauville, Trouville and Honfleur). Come and discover Camembert, attend an equestrian show at the Haras du Pin or the 24-hour pedal cars in Vimoutiers (July 13 and 14, 2024), visit the factory that manufactures the famous Livarot cheese, browse the cider route and taste some local products. 25 minutes by car, a leisure pond awaits you in St Evroult Notre Dame du Bois. All shops (supermarket open 7 days a week, market, press, bakery, butcher, fishmonger, pharmacy, banks, tobacco, restaurants) are within walking distance in Vimoutiers. Linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, etc.) and basic products are provided (coffee, salt, pepper, etc.)
