The upper level has a single space that includes a living room with a sofa that converts into a single double bed, a dining room and a fully functional kitchen so that the preparation of your meals is very easy. On the lower level there are 2 bedrooms, one bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a large wardrobe while the other with two single beds, a wardrobe and a bunk bed for children. There are two bathrooms with a shower, one on each floor. Every window and balcony door has a mosquito net. The garden is fenced and has a BBQ. There is private free parking space right in front of the garden. Guest access The property is private and all spaces are available to guests. It is a maisonette in a small settlement with a fence with the neighboring maisonette, so that your privacy is not violated. The garden area is private and for the exclusive use of guests. Other things to note The property is located just 200 meters from the sea with access to a public beach or a busy beach bar. The neighborhood is very quiet and within 300 meters there is a mini market in the camping area. You can tour the island of Ammouliani by taking the boat from the port of Tripiti as well as the islands of Drenia by boats from the port of Ouranoupolis.
