The room is 350 square feet, with one queen bed and one single bed. You have a designated parking spot, 15 stairs to the apartment or a driveway you can walk down; your own private entrance; small kitchen with a stovetop, sink, microwave, Keurig, coffee and hot water pot, toaster, and fridge but no oven; couch near a TV with Roku; dining table with four chairs; bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, hair dryer, ironing board, and iron; dresser and hanging rack for your clothes, and dresser. Guest access Come and go as you wish. The room has a private entrance and a code to lock the door. We are available as much or as little as you want! Other things to note We love dogs and have a friendly golden retriever named Mike. We live upstairs, and two brothers rent the attached apartment underneath our side of the house. Everyone has their own living quarters and bathrooms and separate entrances, but it does require that things get moderately quiet by 11:00...unless it's sunny and we are all outside enjoying the midnight sun! Our renters smoke marijuana outside, away from the house, but it's within view of your unit. Please let me know if this might be a worry, and I will ask him to stay away from your unit.
