The property consists of the elegant, recently renovated Villa and the large garden that surrounds it and that welcomes a large swimming pool (available indicatively from May/June to September) in which to relax in a context of absolute peace and quiet, as well as a porch that serves as an outdoor dining area thanks to the presence of a massive handmade wooden table. There is also an indoor heated pool with a whirlpool available at certain times in autumn, winter and spring (approximately from October to May. NOT available in summer). Internally, the Villa is arranged on two floors: on the ground floor there is the large living room (100 square meters) with a large usable fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen, the dining area and the sofa area, as well as a full bathroom serving the ground floor and, possibly, one of the bedrooms on the upper floor.
