Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the song of birds and spoiled by the incomparable view of the city of Olbia and its wonderful gulf. The city center, as well as all essential services, are a 10-minute walk and a 2-minute drive away The space Welcome to our villa “Olbia Sea”, an oasis of peace and tranquility on the wonderful Sardinian coast. “Olbia Sea” House is perfect for travelers from all over the world, whether it’s a family vacation or a group of friends who want to spend a holiday with their children and let them play outside before or after a nice swim in the sea. A small group of friends can discover different beaches every day and in the evening, perhaps, go out in the nearby and lively city of Olbia. Once parked in the square in front of the house, you climb some steps that lead us to the large outdoor veranda characterized by its large wooden table that can accommodate up to 4 people. Here you can enjoy the summer breeze and the shade that our large outdoor patio will give you, apart from this you can admire the breathtaking view of the terrace on the Gulf of Olbia. Entering through the wooden door, the refinement in the furnishings in the house will immediately catch your eye, organized in a modern style with ample references to Sardinian tradition. The spaces and furnishings of the apartment, with the style and colors reminiscent of the Costa Smeralda, have been studied in detail to make the house original, with a “marine” style that envelops the entire villa. In the open space dining room we find a table with 4 chairs, an HD TV with Smart TV function (with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube and much more included), a perfectly functioning gas kitchen, fridge, oven, a sofa. Heading towards the corridor you will find on the left a double bedroom, a private bathroom, nice and functional, complete with all sanitary facilities and a large recently renovated shower cubicle. We also offer a complimentary Welcome Kit with shampoo lotions, conditioner and shower gel to welcome you to Olbia Sea House. At the end of the hallway is our beautiful double bedroom with Queen-Size bed, where you will be surrounded by furnishings reminiscent of starfish and shells, with very particular bedside lamps, as well as bedside tables, a spacious wardrobe and various compartments where you can store your suitcases or personal belongings. The property also provides a very fast Wi-Fi connection, perfect for smart workers, towels of various sizes, sheets, blankets, duvet, iron, hairdryer and everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The apartment is tastefully furnished and cared for in every detail to ensure maximum comfort and functionality during your stay.
