Our farm is dedicated to the principles and practices of organic farming. This is a unique farmstay experience with which you’ll develop a deep appreciation for nature, and a renewed sense of connection to the land. Property: 🛌 Bedroom: 1 King sized bed, Secure wardrobes, Full length Mirror, Hangers. 🍽️ Kitchen: Gas Stove, Fridge, Microwave, Electric Kettle, Purified Drinking water, Cooking utensils like pots, pans, plates, glasses, knife, chopping board. 🛋️ Living Area: Sofa that unfolds to a Single bed, TV, UPS, Large glass doors that can fully open up the living space. 🚿 Bathroom: Bathroom is partially open to the sky🌤️ Vanity, Washing Machine, Hot water heater, Bath accessories like Body wash, shampoo 🪑Outdoor Patio: Sitting area with lovely views. ⛰️Trekking Activity: Trekking activity is available on request. (Depends on weather and guide availability) 🛒 Sahyadri Farm Cart: Organic Farm fresh A2 Milk -1/2 litre- Rs 50, 1 litre- Rs 100, Organic Tender coconuts- Rs 50, Eggs (pack of 6)- Rs 90 Our farm produce is available for purchase via GPay or cash. Other things to note # This farmstay offers a rural experience and we aim to provide the best service possible in a rural setting. (Please note this is NOT a hotel). # Grocery shopping, food takeaway deliveries etc to be organised by guest. # Takeaway from Restaurants/ Grocery shops are a 10mins drive. Couple of restaurants deliver food to our Villa. Menu is available to order. Swiggy also delivers here. # For guests who don’t have own transportation, we share local taxi/auto driver contacts who pick up at our door step. (We have no affiliation with taxi drivers & restaurants) # Please maintain cleanliness and help us keep our space welcoming for everyone! # Smoking is not allowed inside the Villa. # Please bring your own towels. Please dont leave towels/bedsheets of the Villa on the floor or use as Floor Mats. # If there is any damage to the property, please notify us immediately.Any damages/loss of contents will be charged to the guest. # Kindly clean your own dishes and keep the kitchen tidy after use. Please be advised that a cleaning fee of Rs 300 will be applied if the kitchen is left untidy after use. # To ensure the hygiene of other guests, we kindly request that pets refrain from using the bed, bedsheets & sofa. We appreciate your cooperation. # Free house keeping is available for Long stays on alternate days. # Usage of washing machine is permitted only for stays more than 3 days # This is an Organic Farm and Plastic free zone, kindly do not throw plastic litter, glass bottles or any trash in the farm. We respect this soil and preserving this farm’s pollution free environment is vital to us. # Maximum no of guests: 5 # Kids upto 10yrs- Free of charge. Kids more than 2 no’s extra charge of Rs 750. # No parties or events are allowed before prior approval. # Please be kind to Staff and Farm workers. # Please turn off Gas/Lights/Ac/Heater/Fan etc when not in use. # Emergency contact and support is always available and will be shared after booking is confirmed.
