Independent accommodation, with air conditioning in the living rooms, and self check-in using a key box. 10 minutes from Agen, at the crossroads of Lot-et-Garonne, Gers and Tarn-et-Garonne, it is an ideal base from which to explore the region. Pets allowed on request, with an extra charge. The space This cottage is located on the top floor of a Napoleon III mansion where we live as a family with our children, our cats, and our dog. It's a real family home, welcoming and lived-in, closer to a home than an impersonal hotel. The 60 sqm 2-bedroom apartment is independent and air-conditioned in the living areas (living room and kitchen), which makes it possible to maintain a pleasant atmosphere even in summer. The rooms retain the charm of an old house with its hardwood floors and light, without direct air conditioning. You check in independently using a key box, but we remain available by message or phone if you need anything during your stay. The beds are made upon your arrival and towels are provided, so you can drop off your baggage and immediately enjoy the place. As in most cottages, we invite you to bring your personal toiletries; a reasonable amount of toilet paper and household products is available to start the stay. The castle is 10 minutes from Agen, at the crossroads of Lot-et-Garonne, Gers and Tarn-et-Garonne: an ideal base from which to explore the region, make a business stopover or simply get a breath of fresh air in a quiet and green setting.
