A decent place away from the noise, located 50 meters from the beach and pier, with a private parking lot and electric vehicle charging station, with a grocery store, greengrocer and bus stop right in front of it. The space Our facility has 2 apartments with kitchens, 2+1 and 1+1, and these apartments are located on the middle floors in the photo of the main building. On our garden floors, we have 2 rooms with a hotel room concept. Our room has a hotel room concept and is the part with the patio on the right side of the garden floor in the photo of the main building. We do not have breakfast & cleaning services during the stay. The room has a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, television (you can use Netflix, Amazon, Disney, YouTube, beIN Connect, exxen *with your personal memberships), unlimited internet, air conditioning, hair dryer, safety deposit box, fire extinguisher, first aid kit. There is an air conditioning and convector heating system for the winter season. Our room has 24-hour hot water, and a 10-ton tank, water softening and high-pressure booster system are installed against water outages. Our building is completely insulated. We also have a generator system against power outages. Guest access The room is completely private and has its own private entrance and private patio, there is no common area. The garden part shown in the photos is a common area. Other things to note As per our concept, we would like to inform you that your room will be delivered to you cleaned & arranged and that we do not have breakfast & cleaning services during your stay. Towels, sheets and quilts are available in your room as spare items that you can use during your stay. Cleaning and towel changes are not provided during the stay.
