Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private pool, lawns, patio, and gazebo. Kitchen Access: The kitchen is not accessible to guests. However, the oven, microwave, fridge, and cutlery may be used. Staff can assist with reheating food. Other things to note ⚠️ Things to Note • Outside Food: Guests may order or bring food from outside. Any damage to plates, cutlery, or other items will incur a charge. • Staff Timings: Caretaker assistance is available 8 AM – 8 PM. After-hours assistance is ₹300 per hour. • Service Area: The adjacent building is a private staff service area and is not accessible to guests. • Power Backup: A generator is available during outages. The genset must be switched off for 30 minutes after every 2 hours of use to prevent overheating. • Internet Connectivity: Due to the villa’s location, internet connectivity may occasionally be affected by weather or local disruptions. • Chef on Call: A chef can be arranged on prior request and subject to availability. The chef is charged at minimum INR 4000 + GST + Groceries at actuals per meal. All groceries and meal charges are to be paid in advance. • Security Deposit: INR 20,000/- will be collected at check-in. Breakfast is complimentary. Bachelor groups & stag are allowed but at a higher Security Deposit and only with prior approval before booking.
