The house is in the countryside, not served by public transport, but you need your own vehicle to get around. It is reached via a private dirt road of about 200 m bordered by an automatic gate. PLEASE NOTE: The access road, although short, is not suitable for cars that are too low or very sporty as there are transverse drains for water. The entrance to the apartment is independent and is from the square shared with the owner, where you can leave your car for free. There is an exclusive furnished veranda overlooking the garden. The apartment was created in April 2024, has a free Wi-Fi connection and consists of: - a bright, air-conditioned living room with a queen-size sofa bed and a 42-inch smart TV connected to the internet. - A kitchen equipped with dishes, crockery, glasses, pots, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and induction hob. - A bathroom, in which there is a walk-in shower measuring 2m x 1.50, equipped with linen, disposable personal hygiene products and a hairdryer. - A room of over 23 sqm, has a suspended King Size bed with memory foam mattress, 4 pillows of various thicknesses in memory, and air conditioning. - A laundry room equipped with a sink, 6 kg washing machine, ironing board and iron, and a clothes drying rack. A high chair for children is also available, if needed. Guests will be given the opportunity to barbecue in the garden, in complete privacy and exclusivity. The park is equipped with an outdoor sitting area and sun loungers. Ideal for nature and hiking lovers, 1500 meters from the small historic village of Treggiaia, ideal for visiting the entire area of the upper Valdere, Peccioli (village of villages 2024), Castelfalfi, Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa, Bolgheri and Florence. The area is full of routes you can take on foot or by mountain bike and is also very rich in food and wine. The nearest city center is Pontedera and is 7 km from the property. In Pontedera, you can find the main train station in the Valdera and the largest supermarkets. Guest access Guests will be able to use the exclusive veranda and all areas of the property's garden. Other things to note In Italy, it is mandatory to pay tourist tax. In our municipality, it is €1 per person per day until the fifth day. Children under 10 years of age are excluded from payment. Payment must be made to the host in cash. There are 5 cats on the estate with which you can interact. We report this in case there are allergy problems or they are not welcome.
