Welcome to Urban Heights Bogotá, a modern space with a unique design designed for your comfort. The accommodation is located in one of Bogotá's most exclusive sectors and is perfect for short or long stays. An ideal place to enjoy the best of the city in a quiet residential area with the best amenities. The space Our charming apartment has all the comforts so that you can have a great experience, whether short or long. It is located on the first floor, is the largest of all our apartments and has direct access to the first floor patio, with a large floor-to-ceiling window that will allow you to enjoy natural light. The apartment has wifi and television, a double bed, modern bathroom with hot water, sofa and kitchen equipped with everything you may need: fridge, small oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots and dishes for two. If you need a washer and dryer, we have a laundry area at an additional cost. Guest access We have different spaces that guests can access, one of them is the terrace, which also has tables for working and electricity connectors, a gas heater, as well as a living room with a retractable awning. We also have a patio on the first floor ideal for reading, and use of the laundry space (washing and drying). Other things to note From this moment on, our aparthotel is undergoing maintenance on common areas and other areas. We will not affect any guest who is in their room, as we will only do maintenance on rooms that are not occupied. Maintenance is scheduled from 9 am - 5 pm and common areas will not be as free during that time as before, nor will they look the same as the listing (as long as we can control it, there won't be much noise from these changes). We ask for your patience and understanding, we are working to improve. -We are a completely tobacco-free establishment. -We do NOT have parking on our premises. -The reservation includes a weekly cleaning (applies to reservations starting one week). If you want an additional cleaning, it must be canceled separately, and the price and availability will be reviewed. - Visitors are allowed until 9:00 PM in public areas (max 2 people per unit) -The washer and dryer service costs $20,000 + VAT (does not include toiletries) - We reserve the right to refuse admission and stay of sex workers and minors. -Check-in after 9:00 PM is subject to availability. We recommend confirming your arrival time at the time of booking, as well as changes to your arrival time to ensure you have the person to receive you. - Reference image, as all rooms are the same, however the decorations may vary. IMPORTANT: All Colombian citizens, regardless of the length of their stay, and all foreigners staying in the country for at least 60 consecutive days will have to pay VAT (19%) at check-in as of January 1, 2023. Foreigners with a tourist visa are exempt from this tax. If a person subject to the tax and another exempt from the tax share a room, the tax may be applied to the entire room.
