Its location is extremely advantageous, with all services in the immediate vicinity and the wonderful beach just 500 meters away. You can easily reach everything on foot, including the famous market square, where the market of typical products takes place, without having to worry about getting around. The space The house has two independent entrances: a main one near the reserved parking lot and a secondary one, characterized by two separate gates in the opposite driveway, which leads to the garden. Inside it is composed as follows: • Bright living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, air conditioning, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchenette. • First double bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and a large closet to store your belongings. • Bathroom of the double bedroom with every comfort, including one of the two washing machines. • Bright bedroom with two single beds and a spacious wardrobe, with access to the courtyard where the main entrance is located. • Second bathroom, also equipped with all the necessary amenities. Outside, a charming veranda offers a shaded space to relax and enjoy the sea breeze. Equipped with a barbecue, it is perfect for outdoor meals. The fully fenced courtyard is equipped with comfortable sun loungers for sunbathing and reading in total relaxation. It also includes a convenient outdoor shower with hot water and a storage room with the second washing machine. Finally, a private and reserved parking space just outside the main entrance will allow you to park safely during your stay. Guest access The house is at your complete disposal and is completely independent, ensuring maximum privacy. There are no shared common spaces and the entrance is separate, allowing you to enjoy a quiet and private stay. A private parking space is available free of charge just outside the entrance.
