Guest access You have the option to park a car in the garage and also inside the property. In addition, additional spaces are available in front of the house for parking other vehicles. Other things to note Important information In accordance with the regulations in force in Catalonia, a tourist tax (IEET – Impuesto sobre las Estancias en Establecimientos Turísticos) applies to all persons aged 17 and over. The applicable amount for this tourist accommodation is €1.75 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights in the same accommodation.
