The swimming pool is located in the adjacent garden, clearly separated from the park of Villa Agostina and is shared with the guests of a second villa. The swimming pool and the adjacent area are accessible only from June 15 to September 30 (these dates may vary depending on weather conditions). Guests also have a large panoramic terrace and a portion of a private garden, for exclusive use, separated by a gate and located in the shade of a centuries-old magnolia tree. To reach these two reserved areas, you must cross a part of the park shared with the owners, which remains freely accessible to guests for the duration of their stay. Genoa, with its medieval historic center, unique in its kind and the Aquarium, one of the largest in Europe, are easily accessible at a distance of about 15 km. In a few minutes from the center of Genoa do not miss the ancient village of Boccadasse and the numerous treks to the ancient Forti with breathtaking views of the Gulf. Access to the beaches can be easily reached in minutes from the villa. The nearest beach is Vesima beach and can also be reached on foot by path of about 20 minutes. The beaches and characteristic Ligurian villages of Arenzano and Varazze can be reached by car or from the train stations of Voltri or Vesima in a few minutes.
