Cozy apartment located in the historic center of Ceglie Messapica, equipped with all the main comforts to comfortably accommodate up to three people. The accommodation is located in a very convenient area for reaching all points of interest on foot, such as the Ducal Castle and the Collegiate Church of S.Maria Assunta, full of venues and equipped with essential services. It is also just a 15minute drive from Ostuni and 20 from its wonderful marina. Ceglie station is just 10 minutes away on foot. The space The accommodation of 28 sqm is located on the ground floor of a period building, with an independent entrance from the street (note a step) and is divided as follows: - KITCHEN with dining table and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle and microwave - ROOM with double bed, single bed, open wardrobe and split A/C - BATHROOM with entrance from the bedroom, equipped with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating via heat pump, washer dryer, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). ATTENTION: - NO TV - The street where the apartment is located cannot be reached by car. It is possible to leave the car for free in Salita Monterrone, a few meters from the accommodation (NOT guaranteed). Guest access The studio is at guests' disposal!
