It has 3 double bedrooms, a sofa bed, 3 bathrooms (one in the bedroom with a walk-in closet), an equipped kitchen, air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a dryer. Ideal for families, couples or business trips, it offers comfort and relaxation in a strategic location. The space The villa is spread over several levels with modern, spacious and bright rooms. On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan living area with a living room, sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and a dedicated room with a washing machine and dryer. Outside, the private garden offers a heated Jacuzzi for relaxation and a barbecue for pleasant grilling. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, all with a terrace; one of them has a walk-in closet and a private bathroom, while there is a second full bathroom serving the other rooms, to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests. The house is equipped with air conditioning in every room and Wi-Fi. Guest access Guests of Villetta Luni will have exclusive use of the entire property. Other things to note Free parking is available on the street, right in front of the property. For those who wish to use the internal parking, inside the gate of the villa, there is a surcharge of €10 per day.
