The space The 70 m² house consists of: - an equipped kitchen directly overlooking the terrace (oven, induction stove, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher) - a sheltered terrace overlooking the garden lined with aromatic herbs - a cozy living room with TV, the sofa is convertible and therefore offers two rather rudimentary additional beds (8 beds possible in all) - an attic bedroom with king size bed - a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed - a last bedroom with two bunk beds of 90 x 190 cm - travel cot available upon request - small functional shower room equipped with a large shower (90 x 120 cm) - garage with washing machine and space to store bikes for example Guest access You will have access to the entire house Other things to note Important: The accommodation is located in the middle of the village, which means you can hear the sounds of everyday life, such as conversations, cars or children playing. During the festivities organized regularly by the city, you can hear the music from afar. Please take this into account when booking if you are sensitive to noise. ! 2026: Road works are underway that can make access to the property by car difficult. Parking is still possible in a free parking lot located 200 m on foot from the property. In the logical suite, due to the work there may be a little noise during the day on weekdays.
