Completely renovated in 2023, with 3 independent bathrooms, it displays a unique style for an unforgettable stay. Free parking. 100 meters from the Léo Lagrange pool and the Arenas, your accommodation is ideal for discovering the city and its surroundings. It is managed by the LMDH Conciergerie. The space Our one-story house offers 3 balconies /terraces, its three bedrooms and three independent bathrooms, two toilets, an efficient A/C system. Completely tastefully renovated in 2023 our house is over-equipped and will offer guests a high-end resort to discover the oldest city in France and its surroundings. It has free WiFi and a giant screen in the living room for (very rare) bad weather days. A screen in the master bedroom makes the property even more inviting. It can very comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests who can also have their meals, our breakfasts or aperitif trays in the covered garden furniture. It is located in one of the most popular neighborhoods in Beziers. A few minutes from the Léo Lagrange seaside center, facing the new Beziers Arena with many local shops (restaurant, en primeur, bakery, tobacco ...) and supermarkets less than 1 km away. The city center (Allées Paul Riquet and Place Jean Jaurès) is a 15-minute walk away. Several bus lines with stops nearby serve the whole city. Laundry and cleaning are provided by professionals and the whole property is managed by the Conciergerie La Malle de l 'Hérault (LMDH) who will ensure the smooth running of your stay. The LMDH Concierge also offers a range of additional à la carte services to enhance your stay such as breakfasts, aperitif trays... (see conditions). Guest access Access is autonomous. The box is located at the entrance of the house. The code is shared one day before guests arrive. The LMDH Concierge can be present to welcome guests who will be offered enough to have a small snack once on the premises.
