Latitude 34 is a private, beautifully designed apartment tailored for two adults. The space The Studio has been carefully crafted to comfortably accommodate two adults. It features a spacious open-plan design with distinct areas for the bedroom, bathroom, and living space. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen including a gas stove top for your culinary delights. All necessary cutlery and crockery are provided, along with a complimentary welcome pack of tea/coffee, cow milk and a few little surprises. The separate bathroom/toilet includes a shower and sink (no bath), and amenities such as towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. The roomy bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, with all linen supplied. A gated private garden area, exclusive to the Studio guests, offers a serene outdoor space to unwind. Additionally, a small outdoor table setting is available for you as you enjoy this space. Please note there are no laundry facilities onsite; the nearest laundry facility is in Margaret River. If your dates are unavailable or you'd like to come with friends, we also have "The Loft" listed under Latitude 34 on Airbnb. We can offer deals for booking both spaces. Children under the age of 4 are welcome; however, the studio is not specifically designed for young children. Guests need to bring their own bed and bedding for their children. Prior approval is required before booking with young children, and a small fee will be payable. Dogs are welcome with pre-approval. Please provide details about your dog, including breed, size, age, and temperament when requesting to book. We have a dog on-site, so only friendly dogs are allowed. A pet fee of $80 per stay applies. Latitude 34 is a 10–15-minute drive from the town centre. Gnarabup offers a tranquil environment nestled between the ridge and the ocean, ideal for guests seeking a break from urban life. The Loft, also listed on Airbnb under The Loft, is situated at the front of the property, while The Studio is located at the rear, accessible via a clearly signed walkway.
