The neighborhood is quiet to best enjoy and relax your stay in Salento. The house is distinguished by the presence of a mezzanine, used as a sleeping area, created in the wonderful star-shaped ceiling that characterizes Salento properties. On the ground floor we find: - Entrance with coat hanger and console - Double bedroom - Living/dining room with table, chairs, sofa bed, TV, air conditioning - Kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator and breakfast area and all essentials - 2 bathrooms with shower and bidet - External garden with bench, table and chairs for having meals outside, barbecue - Laundry area with sink, washing machine, drying rack and everything needed for washing Mezzanine area: The mezzanine is accessed via a wooden staircase (a little steep) - Bedroom with 3 single beds, which can be joined if necessary to form a double bed - Relaxing balcony with table and chairs overlooking the square - Window Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price. Disposable courtesy line included in the price (soap, shower shampoo, toilet paper) - Air conditioning, heating system, TV and wi-fi Parking is free on the street. Shops, bars, pizzeria within walking distance. Guest access The whole apartment is at the exclusive disposal of our guests. Everything is designed to welcome you in the best and most comfortable way possible: TAKE CARE OF IT. We care about the cleanliness and care of our guests, all the rooms are sanitized and cleaned with care Once you've booked, you'll be asked to complete the simple and secure online check-in process through our guest portal. There are three steps: Step 1: Access the link sent to you and enter all the required document information. Step 2: Sign the short-term rental contract via OTP. Step 3: Identify the main guest with a photo of the front and back, and a selfie with the document. Other things to note CHECK-IN FROM 2 TO 8 PM SELF CHECK-IN (after 2 pm): we offer our guests the possibility of self check-in to access the apartment independently. We will provide you with all the necessary information and a code to open a special box where you will find the keys. We will ask you to send us your arrival time in advance and a photo of a valid ID for each guest. CHECK-OUT: by 10 am CLEANING AND BREAKFAST: we remind you that APARTMENT DADA is not a B&B, therefore breakfast and daily cleaning WILL NOT BE PROVIDED. The linen is changed at each new arrival or once a week for longer stays, except for special needs. NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE, Parties are not allowed. PETS: pets are allowed with a supplement of €50.
