In the heart of nature, between vineyards and olive trees, charming little cottage for lovers of calm. The accommodation, in the extension of our family home, is nestled in the countryside, isolated from any disturbance. Ideally located, between the Cévennes (1 hour drive) and the sea (45 min), many activities are nearby, hikes, walks, tourist places... All amenities (doctor, pharmacy, shops, cinema, restaurants, etc.) are accessible by car 8 km away. The space House adjoining our family home, with a separate entrance, private parking and an adjoining garden, ensuring total independence and discretion. Dogs and cats, present on our side of the property, are used to people passing by and may come to say hello through the fences. Sun loungers, a table and chairs are available to fully enjoy the wooded and flowered garden. Barbecues are not allowed due to our immediate proximity to wooded areas. The bright living room consists of a fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven...) open to the living room. The living room includes a sofa, armchair and flat screen TV. The whole place is air-conditioned. A corridor serves the shower room with walk-in shower, toilet and sink, (hair dryer and iron are at your disposal in the sink cabinet), as well as the downstairs bedroom. The latter includes a single bed as well as a pull-out bed and storage (ideal for children). Finally, a spiral staircase leads to a large attic bedroom with a king-size bed, desk and storage. Baby crib can be requested if needed. A family pool of 8 m by 4 m (1.70 m deep) will be accessible privately from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. every day of the week (except Monday from 11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for maintenance), from May 1st to October 1st. Deckchairs, parasols and pool games will be available to you. Other things to note The cottage is 8 km from Sommières, a charming medieval town that offers all shops, cinema, restaurants, doctors, market and flea market on Saturday. Summer on Monday nights, night markets on Wednesday nights in summer. Nearby, river swimming, canoeing, climbing, cycling, fishing, music festival, etc...
