Welcome to our cozy apartment, designed to satisfy every type of traveler. With eight beds, it was completely renovated in 2024 and is located in the Pastena district, near the exits of the eastern ring road of Salerno and a few meters from the Salerno metro station, which offers easy access to the city center. The property has a large free public parking lot and a private garage (on request) included in the cost, ensuring convenient access to public transportation. The space The apartment is on the second floor of a quiet condominium, equipped with a ramp for disabled access to the door and an elevator. At the entrance, a large common living room welcomes guests with sofas, TV, table and desk with stools. The SOLE apartment consists of two bedrooms: one with a balcony and double bed, the other with a double bed and two single beds, as well as a crib available upon request. A built-in closet provides space for personal belongings. The large balconies are equipped with a drying rack, and the apartment has independent heating and air conditioning in all rooms. Other things to note The accommodation tax is to be paid in cash directly at the property and is not included in the price. As per the regulations of the Municipality of Salerno, from October 1 to January 31 it is €1.50 per person per night and €1.00 per person per night for the remaining period of the year. Check-in will be available from 2:00 p.m.; if you wish to arrive early, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to meet your needs. The property is 200 meters from the subway to the city center, 100 meters from the supermarket, bar, pharmacy and the Salerno ring road 400 meters away, which will easily connect you with the Amalfi and Cilentana coast.
