Welcome to the warm and cozy studio apartment located on Bregalnicka Street at Vracar. A bright and personalized 27 m2 apartment will give you a feeling of intimacy and a pleasant atmosphere like at home. It stands out for the possibility of staying for a long time, thanks to all the accompanying elements available. Double bed, comfortable sofa, American wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen and clean bathroom. The entrance of the building is always locked for yours safety. Welcome :) The space Strong Internet speed - 250 Mbps . You can make the reservation the same day of your check in, there is no preparation period (just please check availability in my calendar :) ). There is possibility of late check in (no limit) and delay in check out (up to 12 o'clock ). The street is not noisy, it is safe and you have a feeling of tightness . Excellent organized public transport provide perfect conection between the apartment and other parts of the city(by bus,by tram - 2 min walk from Maya's home to the stations). We offer a perfectly optimized and bright 27m² studio designed to make you feel right at home. Every detail is curated with passion and care, ensuring a stay defined by intimacy and cleanliness . One day before your check in, I will share all necessary information ,regarding details for adress, paswords for Key box and WIFI , also additional information in line with your request . Other things to note Internet speed is 250 Mbps Apartment is for 2 adults guests and one child (above 3 years old). We can organize transport from Airport Nikola Tesla to apartment (35 eur charge). Parking Guide / Uputstvo za parking English: Bregalnička 16: Free parking on this side of the street. Opposite side: Zone 3 (Green Zone). Paid 7 AM – 9 PM (Sat till 2 PM). How to pay: Download the Parking Servis App or send an SMS with your plate (e.g., BG123XX) to 9113. Max stay: 3 hours in the Green Zone. Srpski: Bregalnička 16: Besplatan parking na ovoj strani ulice. Prekoputa: Zona 3 (Zelena). Plaća se 07–21h (Subota do 14h). Plaćanje: Preko aplikacije Parking Servisa ili SMS-om (npr. BG123XX) na 9113. Ograničenje: Maksimalno 3 sata u Zelenoj zoni.
